Really good stuffI have been losing an enormous amount of hair---it is all over the place and my hair, which used to be thick, is noticeably thinner. I used to wrap a coated elastic around it two times, now it is three times (these are new coated elastics, not stretched out ones). I don't have visible bald spots, thinning that others notice, or lesions on my scalp. It is falling out, not breaking. I pointed it out to my doctor. I did have rather severe anemia, but that has been corrected. I also have hypothyroidism, but that has been corrected as well. All my other lab values are normal. My MD suggested that it was a normal post-menopausal hair loss. I will be seeing my dermatologist in a few months but wanted to do something in the meantime. I am gentle with my hair and do not pull it back anymore. My nails are also easy to break. I know I don't eat right and I have been trying to do better. I have decided to try a biotin supplement, as I have heard that it might help with hair and nail growth. I chose the Vitaburst brand because I have had their gummy vitamins in the past. I enjoy a gummy supplement as I think of them as a small treat that is good for me. I am much more inclined to take them, compared to a tablet or capsule--I don't have problems swallowing those. I was a little reluctant to try these because they are strawberry flavored, not my favorite flavor in candy or medicine, but these have a pleasant fruity flavor. They are not overly sweet or fake tasting. It's too soon to know if these are improving my hair and nail situation. I will update if I notice a difference.If you have trouble swallowing a pill, this may be the answer to your prayers. They contain the same main ingredients as the name brand pills, but they are chewable.This is the medication that promotes hair growth, better skin and healthier nails, and it really works! I, however prefer the vitamin tablets, but these are a fine replacement.Used for 3 months did not see any improvements do not buy thisWow! These gummies are so, so, so delicious!!!Let me tell you about the experience I had with a different brand. I ordered them and had them delivered. I live in Arizona so it can get hot pretty fast, despite the season. Not that we have seasons anyway, but you know... :) So these other gummies were at my door for about two hours. They were unusable because they melted entirely. Utterly and completely melted in a gelatinous mass on half of the container. They ended up in the trash.These gummies were outside for probably six hours at 84 F. Impeccable!The benefits are pretty much the same across biotin gummies. However, if compared to all the other biotin products (not gummies), the contrast is stark, going from a bad bitter flavor and chalky texture to a drop of deliciousness that is smooth and smells and tastes amazing.These taste great which makes them easy to take daily. I don't like taking pills I have to swallow if I can avoid it. I've been taking now for about a week so I can't say for sure if they are helping but I will continue to take for a few months and hopefully it'll help my hair. It seems my nails are growing quick though. I'm not sure if this is correct but the label says 16667% of DV. I think an extra 6 is there and I notified the company of this. We will see how it goes.I have weak nails that are prone to fraying, and with my nail salon being closed due to quarantine, I can't get dip nails done. I decided to try this out to see if it helps. I'm fairly certain I have yet to see results from this (though I haven't been taking them for very long and am well aware that these things take time), but I will say that they taste great and it's been a nice little treat in the mornings. It's good to have something new to look forward to in this super weird time.Liked the product. Will buy again.
