THIS ALPHA LIPOIC ACID TYPE IS NOT SPECIFIED. It's probably made with S-ALA which can make symptoms worse.It was not until when I read about ALA 3 types( S, SR & R ) and that *only the R type* of ALA is the one that do the job, that my symptoms improved radically.
