One of my kids is really fussy about what he eats so after trying at least six other kinds of omega delivery methods, I was excited when he liked these fish. However, the fish oil content is actually much lower than any other kind of gummy or capsule that we've tried, so I would have to give him three or four times the recommended dosage on the label in order to get him up to 1000mg of fish oil.for parents who are on the go and have only a second to glance at these.... they have no iron in them, it's just the name of the company!!!!They are however, pleasantly tasting omega -3's !My kids become more talkative after taking the Ironkids. The eye contacts is better and they started learning thing by themselves.very goodMy toddler LOVES them. She does need more of these a day than the other brand I tried first, but the other one had giant worm gummies rather than little fish.Those other ones were apparently award winning (the worms) but there was no way to get her to eat one. Not chopped into little bites, not mashed into food (as the pharmacist suggested)... so I got curious as to why and tried one... and it was AWFUL. Synthetic tasting a little fishy, and not yummy like any gummy I ever ate. And nearly twice the price. The IronKids fishy gummies, however, are tasty, cheaper, and make her excited to get her vitamins.
