So these taste sweet. I HATE SWEET. I don't even eat cake of ice cream or even cookies and candy. But.. these are pretty cool. I did notice I spit. A LOT. Lots of mucus. I was regular, I did notice tiny bit of weight loss, but I didn't take them monthly to notice anything major. My bf loves these, he is so full of energy when he takes these. I notice more pep in my step as well, I am not sluggish or lazy, and can get my college work done. Bf claims he is more productive and performing better at work. They are easy for my to chew and swallow! I do love these, just wish they weren't so sweet. Also, my hair was doing great on these, as was my skin.
