I have difficulty swallowing large pills, so I have taken these vitamins for a few years. About two yrs ago, they changed the flavoring & I did not like it. When I called the company to complain, I found out there is a standard gummy & a premium gummy, the latter having a different flavor. At discount stores, be advised the word “Premium” is missing, although the packaging appears to be the same. Those are the standard & good, vitamins, but less potent. The “Premium” gummy’s can be purchased at higher end, more “health food” type grocery stores, with well stocked vitamins. The flavor is slightly different .. to me, better. I decided to check out Amazon & discovered the “Premium”, so I now purchase the vitamins from Amazon. With a small savings & Prime free shipping, it’s a “win win” deal. ** Note: The only reason I rated the vitamins 4-star, is the annoying fact that, once opened, the gummy vitamins tend to clump together. I need to gently use my finger, to pluck them out of the ball of gummy’s, or take a dull end knife & separate them. Not sure how to prevent that from happening, but I still like the vitamins! Not hard. Gummies not as good as pill. This gummies brand good, pills best - but difficult to swallow. So these will do.Good product! Husband likes themI was unable to take the vitamins as they were melted together.I love the taste. Like eating candy after I take all my nightly medications. They contain all the important mineral and vitamins for me. Definitely recommend.I'm don't have a lab to test the efficacy of these, but if ur like me, u trust they are what they say they are. I didn't like them at first bc I was just getting finished with Olly brand gummies & I like them better as far as consistency & flavor, but after eating half the bottle, I got used to these. These smell better than Olly tho, fresh out the bottle, but they have less if a gummy feel..more like a harder version, like a chalky piece of candy without the slimy feel of the Olly gummy. I don't take them religiously everyday, but I wish they weren't so good, makes me want to eat more than 2 at times. U can imagine this being a problem with other people, namely children or ppl like me with a sweet tooth, or maybe someone who is forgetful..lol..not funny, they might have dementia. Just be careful not to eat a bunch bc they're just vitamins, which we should be getting from whole natural foods anyway.Great vitamins, yada, yada, yada. But who designed the container? The heavy foil seal across the bottle opening hangs over the sides a little bit. The cap's internal threads get jammed on this heavy seal the first time you open it. Once jammed, the outer shell of the safety cap ratchets and slips. Once forced open and the seal is removed, all is good. But that first try can be a doozy. I've had to get on there with mongo pliers on several occasions.Dislike they are stuck together, I have to pull them apart.
