I have been on a meat and vegetable diet now for a while now. Adding these to Keto+ ACV Gummies to my diet I have not had any results. I am active as active can be with a serious back issue. I walk a lot regularly and watch what I eat. I cannot confirm nor deny that they work, but so far no results after a month of having them.Not what they advertise what they would be! But are any of them! Thought we'd give them a try, I swear they MADE me hungrier!Gave heartburn and did not work for meI started taking it when I received in the mail. Since taking them, I lost about 6lbs., so I guess it's working.Warning: NUT ALLERGY is on the bottle label, but a warning about NUT Allergy was NOT in this ad or online. The bottle label states :"CONTAINS TREE NUTS: COCONUT." I am very allergic to tree nuts and would NOT have purchased this product if I had known about the risk of tree nut allergy. Further, although that note was written at the very end of the label, coconut was NOT listed in the ingredients. The label stated "Contains tree nuts," which is much worse to a person with tree nut allergies than just "manufactured in a facility that has tree nuts." Again, warning to those with tree nut allergies or tree nut sensitivities. Read the label.
