These gummy’s actually work! I have been eating them every day for two weeks, my entire family came down with the flu, one after the next, and I have remained healthy! I have also feel very steady and energized since taking them. They taste great too!My wife loves the flavor and they chew clean. She never had any stomach issues either.5 stars!It is umm.. good. I mean it is a vitamin. The packaging is cute. They cube shaped gummies seem to vary in size. Not sure if that was intended, or what, but seems wierd. Also, do make sure you chew it fast. It taste good... at first. Lol!I’m really getting into the health benefits of mushrooms and how helpful they can be in supporting the immune system and over all gut health.But wowzers these are definitely not my favorite in the texture Department I was expecting a more solid gummy but it’s a much softer gummy with a granular texture almost.The taste is mild and it’s more of a berry taste than a mushroom taste.If you are more interested in the health benefits of fungi and you don’t have a texture issue then this is a product for youAs a health product, there is a lot to love about these; they are full of great stuff. The problem is that you have to eat them and I couldn't stomach them. They try to hide the mushroom flavor with berry, but the earth taste is way too strong to be overpowered by the fruit. The first three ingredients are fruits and it's still not enough to mask that mushroom flavor. I love elderberry, so I had high hopes, but I had one and it was all I could handle. If you can get past the flavor, it's a great product packed with vitamins and minerals, but couldn't.The consistency of these gummies is a bit different and threw me off at first but they’re really tasty kind of fruity like blueberry and very healthy as wellI love mushrooms and that flavor, but wasn't sure what to expect in the case of a mushroom flavored gummy. After eating and sharing a few of these, my conclusion is that I'd much prefer real mushrooms in their original form.As you see these supplements are sitting on the top of my stove. I am taking them daily. I do not know for sure how much they are helping. I am staying healthy so maybe these are doing something. They have the consistency of dates. My husband thinks they taste like dates. I personally don't like the taste off these gummies, but they aren't horrible so I eat them. Two a day.
