Ignore the one star review stated about this product - so what if they come clumped together, it is bound to happen with gummy vitamins. The fact that I had to pull them apart does not bother me because what's important is the benefits and content of the vitamin. I love that is is Biotin AND Collagen in one pill. Plus this one tastes better than the Hair, Skin and Nails gummy that is strawberry flavored. Overall I love this supplement and have noticed significant growth with my hair within 3 months of using this (I take 3x gummies a day, over the suggested serving but it is equivalent to extra strength biotin gummies)PRO TIP.!!! Eat 4 daily for better results (not for long term maybe 1 month). I had great results, my hair grew faster and my nails are very healthy. My skin feels healthy as well. But this is the second time these have been all stuck together inside. Makes it difficult to get out. This time was so bad that prompted this review.Product arrived melted into one large gummy, white film and look expired. I have gone back and looked at the reviews and this seems to be an issue that every customer who has posted a review in the past 6 months has had the same issue. Nature's Bounty has to know about the issue and either doesn't care or Amazon just wants to get rid of the old stock.
