My 7 yo daughter has had various tics that come & go for a couple of years now. As advised by her pediatrician, we mostly just ignored them. But recently she started to become embarrassed and try to hide them, and would also complain that they “hurt”. I did some reading and saw that magnesium might help so I figured why not give it a try? I have to say I was completely shocked when the tics almost completely stopped within a couple days of starting these vitamins. It’s been a few weeks now and I have only witnessed a tic maybe 2 or 3 times. It’s pretty amazing. I don’t know that these will work for everyone, but if your kiddo is suffering it’s definitely worth a try!I purchased these because my son has tics and I’ve been reading that magnesium is good to help with it. I can’t speak too much on it now because he just started using it, but it does taste good. No flavor issues and he was able to eat it perfectly fine. I’ll update in a few weeks to a month.My toddler has a sensory issue with foods and these gummy's were not a problem for him! He loved the taste and thought the bottle was fun as well. He would actually get excited to take them. They helped with relaxing and winding down at the end of the night and I do believe they helped in regulating his bowel movements. I will definitely purchase again ana again!These work good the Dr. Told me to try them with my 6 year old after her being sick in the er. I will be buying more.Sooooo glad I found these gummies as I am not fond of swallowing pills or drinking the rank tasting magnesium drinks for constipation. As these are intended for children the dosing is appropriate for a child. I use an amount appropriate for an adult. People do use for better sleep but I have another brand of gummie that takes care of that perfectly. Wink. I like the peach flavored gummies the best but the other flavors are good too. Some people might have issue with the ingredients being sugary and all but for the relied I get I am ok with the recipe.These magnesium gummys are delicious. My 6 year old has been taking them and he seems to be calmer and less prone to tantrums.I have a hard time swallowing pills. I'm happy to have found a magnesium supplement that actually tastes good and has the texture of typical gummies.I got these for my toddler and we’ve tried a few flavors and she likes them all. I have them on subscription because we like them.Not worth the expensive price. Child Used them and I have not seen any noticeable differences. If anything he was more hyper. I decided not to continue to use them.Instead I have bought magnesium tablets for children for £8 a third of price. I have seen a difference child is more calmer.Save your money and do not buy this overpriced pruduct.Very early days yet. I've gone through a lot of trial and error on nutritional supplements for my 6 year old daughter with mild ASD. I use the simple spectrum powder which works amazingly with her ticks and general mood but it's very difficult to get it in her due to the colour and taste so I wanted something to boost it. Shes so sensitive to textures and taste that everything was too chalky or too mineral tasting or too big and all were very expensive. So I bought these because of the reviews which were mixed but generally good. Shes only just started taking them so I haven't seen any difference in her mood or sleep or behaviours so will edit my review after a while but what I can say is that they taste really good, just like sweeties so she's actually asking for them! That in itself is a godsend and they aren't as expensive as others. So, so far so good!Child developed severe allergic reaction. I wanted to try this as it's gummy and may be preferred. Looking at the contents now I think there are things that didn't need to be there. Sulphites etc. And there is no allergy warning on the boxHave given anti histamine and praying I don't have to call emergency services3rd order. I was very worried my son had tics that were head jerking or arm stretching he also said he had head pain all over. I was so worried. I wasn’t getting any help from doctor just given web links for info.I heard that magnesium helps with tics from a number of parents on groups that spoke about the same sort of tics.We did try other brands that I did not see any difference. Since using this brand we saw less tics in just a wk. Now he doesn’t have tics since he started having them 8mnths agoI’m really happy that it works for my son and he knows they help him too as he will often remind me mum can I have a gummieThe best thing I have found for my son there a little expensive but worth every penny, it helped his anxiety so much I have them on repeat now so I don't run out but I would definitely recommend these if your child has anxiety!! it helps them to sleep as well no more waking up with muscle aches in leg the best vitamin I've given him thank you ??
