I had high hopes for this product based on favorable reviews and claims of 1-2 pounds of weight loss per day. I tried them for two weeks without significant changes to my daily routine. The result: zero weight loss and possibly even gained a pound or two. I tried taking them at different times of the day to see if there would be a difference but was utterly disappointed. I’m not sure if someone else might have better success but for me these did absolutely nothing. They do taste pretty good but I didn’t buy them to be a tasty snack and they cost too much for that anyway. If you’re looking for weight loss, this just didn’t work.
