Ok taste wise not great! BUT let me tell you!! My 11 year old girl has been taking them and boy has her mood changed!! I feel like I have another CHILD LOL , she’s talking more with me and dad. I’m glad he finally found a vitamin he’s motivated to take regularly. And these vitamins are also sold in my doctor/naturopath’s office, so I know they’re good for him.My 9 y.o. is a very difficult kiddo to give vitamins or medicine too. She hates most flavors and doesn’t like pills. These are a lifesaver for me because she absolutely loves the flavors and she often reminds me that she has to take them!We started our pre-teen on these vitamins when she turned 11 after being on the kids smarty pants for the last 4 years. We definitely see a change in her energy levels when she misses doses. She started smarty pants vitamins after they were suggested to us for the good levels of Vitamin D.
