These are high potency so I take 1/2 before bed every night. First time I tried them I took a full gummy and was groggy the next day. 1/2 does the trick for me. Wake up feeling good. Just google the company directly and they will replace their product. I received my replacement within a weeks. Product is excellent. Just purchase direct.It doesn’t matter if they work or not. I am not going to re-order them because of the melted glob of goo that arrived.
