These are great to increase focus and energy!! They are tasty and don’t have an after taste. However they aren’t keto friendly. I was in deep ketosis and it kicked me back to small ketones present. So if you’re on keto take one and supplement with the red bottle of mushroom complex that has 10 mushrooms in one capsule and has a count of 90 for 90 days of clarity and focus and energy. those are the only ones you need. This bottle has a lot of sugar in it.I still recommend it but be weary about the level of sugar as it is not all that keto friendly.Not a bad flavor at all, I feel like these gummies are a good value for the money and I love the variety of healthy mushroom mix you get in each dose!I am very excited to start incorporating these mushroom gummies into my daily diet. Not only does this blend include Cordyceps Mushroom, Chaga Mushroom, Turkey Tail Mushroom and Maitake Mushroom, but it also contains Lion's Mane Mushroom and Reishi Mushroom. I don't know very much about all the different benefits but I do feel better overall. The one thing I'm not crazy about is that they are incredibly difficult to get out of the jar because they stick together.These do taste yummy, I think the strawberry flavor is pretty good.They contain 14 different healthy mushrooms, and also glucose syrup, sugar, pectin and citric acid. They apparently have no gelatin, so they are vegan friendly.They were a little too sweet for my taste, but still yummy.My only problem is that the label does not say how many calories these have, if I does, I cannot find it anywhere. These are made in China.They tasty really good, but I don't feel any different after ingesting them.The packaging is nice and easy to open.I like the gummy form for supplements and vitamins, since I can't swallow pills and liquids can be inconvenient and messy. They are labeled as GMO free. The strawberry flavor tastes a bit like perfume.Tastes very sugary. I don't see in the ingredient list how much sugar is in each gummy but it has to be high. I like that there are all organic mushrooms and I like the variety of mushrooms. My one big concern is that it was made in China and I am unsure if they have the same requirements for calling things organic as we do here in the US.
